So I didn't make it to the Pan No-Gis.  I had planned on going to watch but work happens, and since I needed the money for a laundry list of things I didn't bang in.  And it was busy as fuck at work...I pretty sure I analyzed at least 50 urine's, about a dozen blood gasses along with a variety of other things.

From the sounds of it, it was a pretty decent day overall.  Boston had a rough go of it, losing in his first match in the Blue Belt Middle Weight division by points.  I'm sure it was a learning experience for him as they are for me.  I give the kid a ton of credit, he showed up for training today with a good attitude ready to work on some things.  Joe had a couple matches and came in 3rd in his Purple Belt Ultra Heavy division.  He didn't fare as well in the absolute, bowing out in a competitive match (lots of sweeps and passes etc).  Brian smashed through two guys in his Black Belt Medium Heavy division to reach the finals.  Here he faced Claudio Cardoso and unfortunately was submitted with a toehold.  I included a link to the match, which was pretty good.  Also GracieMag had a lot of good pictures of his matches which was pretty cool.  Gotta love modern technology, especially when you missed some shit because of work.

Pretty proud of the guys.  First off, their Jiu-Jitsu is good and they each had a big stage to showcase it on.  Regardless of the final outcomes I am sure they all learned something and I'm glad they all stepped up to the plate to compete.  Secondly, I'm glad they got to beat up on other people other then me.  I'd like to hope someday my Jiu-Jitsu is half as good as theirs is...LOL who am I kidding :)  I want it to be just as good if not better hahaha.  Anyway, great job guys!
