Thoughts

work grind

Over the past two weeks, I've put in a ton of hours at work.   I managed my normal amount at the day job and picked some extra shifts at the hospital.  What am I going to do with all my extra money you ask?  Pay bills (mostly my credit card), toss in a few private lessons, some stuff for the deck (like a canopy so I can be out there if it rains) and maybe a new pair of kicks.  Realistically though I won't have that much extra money.  I'll probably just pay my credit card down so I can charge it back up again.  It's the american way!

Speaking of work, the day job has been ehh…

Today I did manage to make it into both wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu class, which I needed.  I find I get antsy with lack of sleep and no Jiu-Jitsu.  I've got one more extra day this week and then I'm back to my normal schedule.

Other notes...Holiday this year will be in the Azores and shockingly not Ireland.  I'm excited but sad at the same time.  I love going to Ireland and exploring, but it was time to mix it up and check out somewhere else.  Ireland will still be there next year.
