Frustration.  

I felt like things were clicking.  My technique, my movement, my defense and my offense.  Then my shoulder shit the bed.  I have been in training, mostly drilling or doing technique.  When I do roll I'm going about half to 3/4 speed since my shoulder has minimal strength in it and moderate pain when doing certain movements.  It's getting frustrating since I know I am capable of performing better and it is hard to remind myself that I am injured and can't for that reason.

I am trying to remain positive but it's difficult.  Internet research gave me a few exercises to do which will help strengthen the muscle and ligaments.  I just can't over do it or I will be in worse shape than I am now.  Too bad I didn't hit Powerball, I would have invested in a new body, Plasma Rich Plasma Therapy and HGH.  :)
