Cleaned house

This past weekend was the GoodFight Submission Only NY Open.  We sent a bunch of guys and girls down to meet up with some teammates from Black Hole to compete.  I figured that they would do well, but they exceeded my expectations.  They took home the Over All Championship for the kids/teen division AND the Overall Championship in the Adult division.  Both Brian and Mike should be proud, they both put in a ton of work to get the guys ready.  Hard work does pay off (this isn't like my job lol).  Once the results are posted, I will edit this post and add a link to them.

I didn't compete in this tournament, although in retrospect It would have been nice to be a part of the fun.  I gotta stick to the script and keep training hard and lifting, making improvements when I roll, and being more consistent with the things I know I need to do and have been working on.  3/14 will be here before I know it.
