So I changed a few things on my page. Certain things didn't look how I wanted them, but I didn't quite know how to change them and if I wanted to actually adjust them. I took some time at work and read up on a few of them. Here is a quick summary:
So after much procrastination, I finally went ahead and set up a Flickr account for my pictures. I moved all the ones I had on my "Images" tab over to Flickr. and set them up into albums. Then I remade the "Images" tab into the "Media" tab and added icons to click on which will bring you to Flickr,YouTube etc. In the future I will add pictures there, both of my Jiu-Jitsu and other adventures (I use that term loosely). My next project there is to add some non Jiu-Jitsu images from my Ireland trips.
I also remade my "Tournament & Stream links" tab. First I verified if all the links worked or not and deleted the broken ones along with adding some new ones. Then I neatened it up a bit by adding clickable images instead of the plain boring links which were there.
Fun stuff, I know lol, but I feel it had to be done. As usual, let me know what you think.
On a training note, I was a bit under the weather last week so I managed only one session on the mats, and one in the gym. I'm better this week and have been in a few times. Lately I feel like I have been moving well and seeing things that I hadn't noticed before. Hopefully it keeps up and translates to some progress in picking up new technique. Today however, I heard my shoulder crunch with some shooting pain. It's not broken (I hope, but prob an AC joint issue) I am prescribing rest, immobilization, pain killers and NSAID's until I make an appointment with the ortho.
