my cup runneth over

There were just two packed days of Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.  It has seriously been a grapplers/fight fans dream.  I even think Tim Bradley fought tonight (boxing).  Last night was the TUF 20 final.  This morning and afternoon were the ADCC North American EC trials.  Tonight was CFFC 44, WSOF 16 and UFC on FOX 13.  Yup its been pretty nice.

Tomorrow its back to training.  I think Joe is running the class since Brian was at Darrens CFFC fight tonight.  Joe does a good job, so I won't make a difference to me.
